How to produce work gloves in our factory
Fiber Spinning:
The prepared fibers are then spun into yarn. Spinning can be done using various techniques such as ring spinning, open-end spinning, or air jet spinning. The spinning process twists the fibers together to create continuous strands of yarn.
Knitting the Liner:
This step is creating the liner of the glove using a knitting machine. The liner can be made from different types of yarn such as polyester, nylon, spandex, or a blend, depending on the desired properties of the glove.
Coating Process:
The pre-treated liners are dipped into a mixture of liquid rubber materials.
Coated gloves are first partially dried. They are then heated rapidly, which causes the coating surface to be sandy, wrinkle, or foam, forming the desired crinkled texture, and curing, washing, and drying.
Quality Control and Packaging:
Finally, each glove undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets all quality standards. Any gloves with defects are removed from the batch. The approved gloves are then packaged for shipping.
