How to produce the NitroBull Gloves?
Knitting the Liner:
A seamless liner is created using a knitting machine. The liner can be made from various types of yarn, including polyester, nylon, or a blended fabric, depending on the desired properties of the glove.
Coating Preparation
The liners are prepared for the coating process. This usually involves cleaning them to remove any impurities and then drying them.
Dipping in Nitrile Mixture:
The liners are then partially dipped into a mixture of liquid nitrile. In the case of palm-coated gloves, only the palm side of the liner is dipped into the nitrile mixture. The thickness of the coating can be controlled by the speed of withdrawal and the viscosity of the nitrile mix.
Foam Texture Formation:
After the initial soaking process, while the Nitrile rubber is still wet, the glove is soaked a second time in a mixture containing a treatment that creates a surface full of air pores. This foam surface treatment improves the glove’s breathability and grip.
Curing:
The gloves are then cured, often by heating them in an oven. This process vulcanizes the nitrile, making it more durable and resistant to chemicals and abrasion.
Washing and Drying:
After curing, the gloves may be washed to remove any residual chemicals and then dried.
Quality Control and Finishing:
Each glove undergoes a quality control inspection to ensure all quality standards are met. Gloves with any defects are removed. The approved gloves are then packaged and prepared for shipment.
